The problem

Reception writes visits in a paper cashbook. The accountant reads it end of month. Half the entries are illegible, some are missing, and the doctor has no idea what they earned until 45 days later.

Revenue & Finance

Finance is the byproduct of running the clinic on Kashfy. Every visit that closes on the appointment board triggers a revenue entry - patient name, doctor, service, price, payment method, insurance if any. The finance dashboard updates in real time, so by 5pm you know exactly what the day earned.
