Question 1

Why per booking?

Accepted Answer

You pay for the bookings your plan covers, not per doctor or per message. If you grow past it, you pay only for the extra bookings.

Question 2

What counts as a booking?

Accepted Answer

Any confirmed patient visit, test, or scan that gets a result or a visit record. Cancellations and no-shows don't count.

Question 3

What happens if I go over my plan?

Accepted Answer

Bookings never stop, and neither does the AI. Extra bookings are billed at your plan's overage rate on the same invoice. AI messages have a fair-use allowance that grows with your bookings. If you pass it, we reach out to find a better-fitting plan; nothing gets switched off.

Question 4

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Request cancellation any time from settings or on WhatsApp; we settle the last invoice and stop the subscription. See the refund policy for the details.

Question 5

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Patients, visits, and prescriptions export any time, and stay available 30 days after cancellation.

Question 6

Do lab and radiology modules cost extra?

Accepted Answer

No. Clinic, lab, and radiology are in every plan. You pay per booking, whatever kind of booking it is. For labs and radiology centres, "doctors" on the plan means staff seats.

Question 7

Does the referring doctor need an account to receive results?

Accepted Answer

No. Results reach the referring doctor on WhatsApp for free, with no account.

Question 8

Do patients message my own number?

Accepted Answer

No. Patients message Kashfy's official WhatsApp number using your clinic code or your QR/link. You get the code, link and QR the moment you sign up.
